FEES

First lesson is free for new students!!

Discounts apply to fees paid by the term.

Term Fees
- 30 minute class = $5 per class
- 45 minute class = $7 per class
- 60 minute class = $10 per class
- 75 minute ballet classes = $15 per class

Pay by the week - add $1 to the above prices

Private Lessons - May be arranged for students who wish to do competition work or have extra preparation before an exam.

UNIFORM

There is no set uniform, as a lot of students enjoy the freedom of choosing what to wear to class. However, all students must follow the guidelines below and neatness in appearance is essential. No T-Shirts, jumpers or baggy pants are to be worn. Hair must be neatly tied back and must be in a bun for ballet. Socks or tights must be worn with shoes for hygiene reasons.
PDA singlets and jackets are available.

JAZZ & MODERN - Form fitting lycra dance attire e.g. dance pants, bike pants, leggins, crop top & leotards,
black jazz shoes with flexisole.
Seniors & Intermediates may wear jazz boots for open jazz class only, not for their exam work jazz clases.

TAP - Form fitting dance attire as above, black laced tap shoes. Pre-Primary & Primary grades will need a short circular skirt.

CLASSICAL BALLET (GIRLS)
Pre-Primary & Primary - Pale pink leotard, short ballet skirt, short socks, pink leather ballet shoes.

Grades 1-5 - Plain leotard (no bright colours), pink ballet tights or ballet socks, pink leather ballet shoes.
Black character skirt and black character shoes are required for the exam.

Major Grades - plain leotard, pink ballet tights, pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, demi-pointes for exam candidates. Pointe shoes are required when students reach an appropriate age and standard of strength and control. For safety reasons, all PDA students must be screened by a Dance Physiotherapist before they commence pointe-work. Sometimes this may be performed by the Principal during class time if there are no major concerns.

CLASSICAL BALLET (BOYS) - Black or navy leggins, form-fitting white singlet or shirt, white ballet shoes and socks.
